In September 2025, NG Terminal (NGT) co-exhibited at the China International Logistics and Supply Chain Fair (CILF) in Shenzhen – one of Asia’s largest logistics events. But we didn’t go alone. Together with IDX, our official media partner, and HURIX, our surplus inventory liquidation platform, we presented a unified ecosystem bridging UK bonded warehousing, customs expertise, digital brand marketing, and inventory recovery—tailored for cross-border eCommerce and international supply chains.

From real-time demos to meaningful client conversations, our shared booth told a powerful story: for global trade to scale successfully, fragmented logistics services must become connected ecosystems.

A Shared Booth, A Unified Vision

The idea behind co-exhibiting with IDX and showcasing HURIX was simple: reflect the kind of integration we offer clients.

  • NGT brings operational strength—customs clearance, bonded warehousing, excise handling, and last-mile delivery near London Heathrow.
  • IDX delivers digital reach—media production, live event coverage, and smart freight marketing for platforms and forwarders.
  • HURIX solves the growing challenge of unsold inventory—helping sellers turn leftover stock into cash via UK-based liquidation.

Together, we enable eCommerce brands, freight forwarders, and suppliers to enter, operate, and recover value from the UK market—within one flexible, compliant framework.

What We Showcased

Over three days, our team spoke with hundreds of visitors—freight agents, exporters, marketplace sellers, and logistics platform operators. Here’s what caught their attention:

🔍 MyNGT Portal: Live Operational Demo

NGT demonstrated the latest version of our MyNGT portal, which integrates customs declarations, bonded inventory status, tax deposit balance, and outbound handling into one seamless dashboard. Clients were especially interested in:

  • CDS export tracking
  • Tax & service account management
  • Excise goods warehousing under WOWGR
  • Real-time release and reconciliation tools

For many, this was their first time seeing a bonded warehouse operator offering such transparency and digital control.

📣 IDX: From Visibility to Velocity

As CILF’s official media partner, IDX played a key role beyond exhibition. Their team:

  • Delivered on-the-ground content creation
  • Captured interviews with buyers, sellers, and service providers
  • Helped brands clarify and amplify their value to overseas clients

💬 Sheragime Keshavarzian, Co-Founder & Managing Director of IDX, shared:

“At global trade shows like CILF, attention is currency. Our role is to help logistics providers like NGT and platforms like HURIX connect with their audience in a fast, credible, and compelling way.”

Whether you’re a freight startup or an established brand, IDX helps you stay visible, relevant, and scalable.

📦 Introducing HURIX: Unlocking New Value from Excess Inventory

In global trade, too many landed goods end up underutilised — left in storage, sold through narrow channels, or written off entirely. At CILF 2025, NG Terminal was proud to highlight HURIX: our new platform designed to help businesses extract value from goods already landed in-market.

HURIX is built for flexibility. Whether it’s surplus, unsold stock, end-of-line items, or simply products looking for new sales opportunities, the platform connects businesses with fresh pathways to market.

The model:

  • Matches surplus goods with verified resellers, distributors, and content creators
  • Enables near-zero cost access for partners to re-market inventory across new sales channels
  • Creates new revenue streams while reducing waste and environmental impact

The message is clear: surplus doesn’t have to be a dead end. With HURIX, it creates more opportunities.

Why This Matters Now

Global sellers, especially those in China, Southeast Asia, and the Middle East, are increasingly looking to the UK for cross-border opportunities. But with rising regulation (CDS, EMCS, UK duty reform), fragmented freight processes, and the unpredictability of consumer demand, scaling into the UK requires more than freight forwarding—it requires structure, visibility, and exit planning.

At CILF, we didn’t just promote our services. We helped companies reimagine what UK trade can look like: digitally enabled, bonded-compliant, and commercially agile.

💬 Reflections from the Frontline

Sam Wong, Business Development Manager at NG Terminal, shared his insights from the event:

“It’s clear that the global market is undergoing significant changes, but China remains an active and dynamic force that cannot be ignored. The worldwide trend of removing de minimis policies is also encouraging businesses to explore new markets and open up fresh gateways, such as the UK and the EU. We can definitely see exciting times ahead with new opportunities on the horizon.”

Looking Ahead

NG Terminal continues to expand our integrated trade offering through:

  • New bonded warehouse services, including excise and alcohol handling
  • MyNGT portal upgrades, including supplier onboarding and API customs links
  • HURIX stock liquidation partnerships, for B2B and B2C surplus

If you’re looking to enter or scale in the UK market—whether you’re an eCommerce brand, platform operator, or freight aggregator—NGT is ready to support you at every stage: from inbound customs clearance to outbound liquidation.
