The event focused on unpacking the newly released “2024 Policy Checklist for Promoting Economic Consolidation and Accelerating Green, Low-Carbon, High-Quality Development” (abbreviated as the “Policy Checklist”).
📈 The comprehensive “Policy Checklist” not only extends 29 policies from the 2023 checklist but also introduces 50 new policies for 2024. The key areas of emphasis include bolstering support for businesses, expanding effective demand, accelerating new industrialization, and fostering the growth of the digital economy.

1️⃣ International Shipping Subsidies:
Substantial subsidies ranging from ¥300,000 to ¥1,500,000 for newly established encrypted international (regional) sea routes in 2024.
Encouragement for the development of container sea-rail intermodal transport and the opening of foreign trade domestic support routes, with subsidies up to ¥500 per container and ¥50,000 per voyage.
✈️ International Aviation Freight Incentives:
Significant subsidies from ¥50,000 to ¥1,500,000 per flight for new or continuing encrypted international (regional) air cargo routes in 2024.
Additional support for temporary international air cargo routes, with subsidies ranging from ¥100 to ¥300 per ton per flight hour. Special encouragement for new encrypted North American and European freight routes.

Enhancing inclusivity and accessibility, with a keen eye on supporting all types of enterprises, especially SMEs. This includes tax reductions, fee reductions, and simplified procedures, employing models like “apply-free, enjoy instantly” and “direct and fast enjoyment.”
