📢 Two new Chinese regulations are reshaping how e-commerce exports are tracked and taxed — and they mainly affect China-based Amazon and online sellers.

🇨🇳 1️⃣ State Council Order No. 810 (effective June 2025)
This rule requires platforms such as Amazon, SHEIN, and AliExpress to report verified seller identities and quarterly income directly to the State Taxation Administration (STA). The goal: ensure transparent tax reporting for cross-border sellers operating from China.

📦 2️⃣ STA Announcement [2025] No. 17 (effective 1 October 2025)
From October, export agents and logistics providers handling shipments from China must declare the actual seller (the consignor) in their tax filings. Industry news is that Amazon Haul is expected to share verified seller data with its contracted carriers to support this process.

Together, these measures give China’s authorities a clear, traceable link between e-commerce sales, export declarations, and tax filings—a significant shift toward full export transparency.

At NG Terminal, we work closely with UK-bound Amazon and e-commerce sellers to ensure:
Full customs compliance for cross-border exports
Correct HS code declarations and VAT alignment
Bonded warehousing solutions for B2C and B2B2C models
Seamless last-mile delivery and returns logistics

As regulatory transparency increases, compliant tax reporting and export procedures are more crucial than ever. Let NGT support your business in navigating this new landscape with ease.
