CSTAR LINE leases 18 vessels, launches 17 shipping routes, and involves multiple Chinese ports.

According to a report from Alphaliner the recently established shipping company, CSTAR LINE, has recently leased 18 vessels from shipowners in countries and regions including mainland China, Hong Kong, Greece, Turkey, and the United Arab Emirates.

CSTAR LINE, headquartered in Dubai, is a newly founded company that focuses on providing cargo services for dry containers and refrigerated containers. The company offers port services between the Far East, India, the Middle East, the Mediterranean, the Black Sea, and the Baltic Sea. Additionally, CStar Line offers comprehensive intermodal transportation solutions.

Official information indicates that since its establishment, CStar Line has launched 17 shipping routes, covering ports in Asia, Turkey, as well as locations like Vladivostok, Novorossiysk, and Kaliningrad in Russia.

Among these routes, CStar Line‘s FEFE1 (Far East-Far East) route calls at ports including Taicang, Shanghai, Xiamen, Yantian, Nansha, and the Russian port of Vladivostok. FEFE2 route visits Qingdao, Rizhao, Shanghai, and the Russian port of Vladivostok. FEFE4 route includes stops at Dalian, Tianjin, and the Russian port of Vladivostok.

Zsolt Katona, the CEO of CStar Line, who has a background as a senior executive at Maersk, emphasized that CStar Line is an entirely independent company from Maersk.

Notably, on August 4th, CStar Line announced a forward-looking digital strategy. Through a collaboration with technology solutions provider SVM, they are embarking on a journey of digital transformation to address the complexities of the modern supply chain environment.
